Simply login to your account and click “New Project” in the Project tab and fill in the details of the project. If you have project specific agreements that you would like your freelancer to sign, you can upload the documents during project creation and the documents will be provided to freelancers when they receive the project invite. Freelancers are required to sign the agreement you uploaded before they can accept the project. See more here "Can I upload my own contract templates?"
